Nerf Zombie Strike Crossbow

The Nerf Zombie Strike Crossfire Bow Blaster uses real crossbow action for single-shot firing capabilities. The blaster comes with four Zombie Strike Nerf darts although replacement or additional darts can be purchased separately.

The dart pops out!

When I load the dart after shooting for a while, when I reload one pops out. When I push it in, it pops out again! Sometimes it's all of them. Is it a problem with the spring?

I have the same issue. What I do to resolve it (also for accuracy purposes) shoot one dart at the top section at a time. This might help you til you get an answer to fix it. This is what I would to til then.
