I bought this tablet 4 months ago and the screen is cracked. can it be replaced?

denisecherier yes it can be replaced. Here is a guide for it. Now you did not tell us if it is the LCD or the digitizer that is cracked. If your image is distorted, cracked or simply colors without pattern it sounds like the LCD. Both parts, LCD and digitizer, are readily available at multiple places.
