FH error cannot be isolated
get FH error as machine fills. checked flow switch, pressure switch and pump all seem ok.

The repair was the replacement of the input water meter. Although it looked good a replacement solved the error

@ivegot2beme as you probably already know the error code can come up with water supply valves that are not turned on, the inlet screens are clogged and the pump strainer/filter is clogged. It can also be caused by a bad drain pump motor. I suggest that you download the service instructions from the bottom of this page and run the diagnostic cycle. Then let us know what you found. Unplugging the machine and leaving it unplugged for 15 minutes will reset it.
