I have recently cleaned my TVs screen with Asda screen cleaner. this has caused damage and taken off what I think is the anti reflective coating. After investigations from Asda they claim to use my product on 4 of their appliances with no damage that has occurred. I know this cannot be possible because of how our screen has been damaged, can you advise

niccihargie37 not a whole lot of advice you can get from us on here. If the product damaged your screen, there is not much you can do. Always check to see what the TV manufacturer suggest for cleaning.

Hi I have used this same product on my Apple Macbook screen and I have also experienced the same problem where the protective film has been removed using the ASDA screen cleaner. Did you get anywhere pursuing this? Thanks
