is it possible to upgrade past ios6 on an ipod4 touch. yes or no and if yes how is it done, please be very specific. easy on the technical language for those of us who are just trying to learn.

no you cannot as "The fourth-generation iPod has only 256MB of memory, so it cannot support the upgrade to iOS 7."
