Volume is barely audible on high
Volume on phone and music are on high. Barely able to hear. Used to blast out.

It's common that if you blast a speaker continuously, it can blow or loose it's ability to create a loud sound. Try replacing it with a new one. It's only a few screws.

Your iPhone could be having a hardware issue. Try installing a new loudspeaker and this should sort it out. I had the same thing too some times back.
