Why do my screen and mouse randomly turn off
My screen and mouse randomly turn off sometimes its on for minute and others its on for hours before it does it. Sometimes the laptop is just on n not really in use other times I'm right in the middle of something when it does it. The power is still on I noticed this when I had my phone plugged into usb and it was still charging. Just the screen shuts off and mouse shuts off. To turn back on I have to hold down power button for quite awhile to shut all the way down then turn it back on. The really weird part is I went to a friends house with it and only had the problem about once a day came back home and in one day it's happened like 10 times

What is the model number of your laptop and what OS is installed?

Can you use the event viewer to see what is actually happening? How do you know the mouse isn't working if the screen goes dark or is the mouse issue happening at a different time from the screen blanking out
