Why cant find speaker to replace?

Please Help ! My speaker is burned from noise that automaticli is activaited after 20min not usig the headphones...

SO please send me JUST ONE SPEAKER for HDR120 wireless headphone its not possible to find in Macedonia to repair that . I will pay whatever it cost
