What would cause the screen to become slow or unresponsive, even when the screen is not broken?

There are numerous causes for unresponsive screens on the Trio Stealth-G4X. These include low battery life, a dirty screen, overheating, or need of a simple factory reset.
If your tablet does have a low battery, try charging it to see if the screen will become responsive again.
If your tablet's screen is dirty, wipe it off with a clean cloth and see if it becomes responsive.
If your tablet feels very hot to the touch, it may have overheated. Attempt to turn the tablet off to let it cool down. If it will not turn off, simply lay it down on a cool, flat surface. Once it feels like it has cooled, try to use it again.
If none of these solutions work, your tablet may need a factory reset. Factory resets can be a little tricky on this device and may erase all of your existing data. To see how to perform a factory reset, you can refer to the troubleshooting page.
