computer frozen touch is not working
When I turn on my machine, the message that always comes up and I must press OK to move on will not respond to me pressing it. Nor will anything else. But when I turn the round thing on side manually to adjust the needle I can then use the buttons on the front of the machine just not the ones on the computer.

Whe was the last time you had your machine professionally serviced?I ask because I have an embroidery machine and it kept seizing up. Finally took it it in for repair. Although I clean the machine under the foot plate and clean the bobbin etc. I had never had it professionally cleaned for FIVE years. To my horror I could not believe the fluff and thread which had worked their way into the insides of the machine. So what I am saying is maybe it just needs a good clean and oiled etc. I was shocked at my machine . That's why it had stopped functioning. There is only so much you can do yourself. :)
