Want to reinstall android system completely. When I hard reset my device it didn't work. Now it's sending software error message to Samsung centre.
Could someone please let me know if there's a way to fix it.

yes there is a way you ca flash a new custom rom using odin

me too I cant flash my sm-g360h
the phone not appears in odin
evrything is is installed correctly (usb drivers ... keis....)
even i try with different computer and still same problem

Download and install Samsung Smart Switch and choose "emergency software flash"

but still have the same problem : the samsung smart switcher not recognize samsung sm-g360h
