I was in a science class and detergent spilled on the left side of my laptop, where the screen meets the keyboard. Everything is okay except for a few keys which type the wrong letter/number. For example, when I type 1 I get nothing, and when I type z I get z6, how should I fix this ?

siena, make sure that you are going to clean your MBP properly so that you do not run into corrosion damage in a few days/weeks. For the keyboard errors, start by replacing the keyboard/upper case. It is possible to replace just the keyboard but very tedious. It'll safe you a couple hundred $$. the call is yours.
