Windows Configuration on Startup Help
Looks like the power ran out when updating the windows on my laptop and every time I start the computer it will bring me to the Stage 3 of 3 configuration update and stay on 0% complete and it will stay there about 30 sec and it turns off and restarts on it own and it just keeps repeating itself over and over, how can I get rid of this process, HELP!!

Tried to start it in safemode?

I would suggest starting in safe mode as oldturkey03 suggested. This is done by pressing the F8 key continuously from the time the HP logo comes up to before the Windows logo appears. Choose the option Safe Mode and allow the computer to start to see if this brings you to the desktop.
