Core Plus turning off please help!

Hi, I have Samasung Galaxy Core plus, and when I want to install an app, it turns off. It doesn't even turn off, it just shows Samsung logo, and turns on. Please reply! It turns off randomly sometimes.

Ps : I factory restored it yesterday, but I had play store, now I don't even have play store
