My samsung does not open

I have sumsung galaxy grand duos,

the problem is that the phone does not open with the power button and only the flash is blinking until the battery is out.

History: I had my phone in my pocket with less than 14% battery and after a while I saw that it does not open. It might got a little wet from sweating. After that when I pressed the button to power it on, the only thing that happened is that the flashlight was blinking for as long as I was pressing the button. Then I connected it with the charger and the screen remained black but the flashlight was blinking for as long as it was charging
