I replaced the touch pad(which was broken), after this repalcement the ear speaker stopped working(before repalcement it was working fine, the only problem was the touch pad glass was broken), I checked Earphone(headset) and Loudspeaker is working. How to check whether the ear speaker was problem or any other driver IC problem

Go to the after service and let them have a check on your phone.
