Where's the Ground Strap on the replacement logic board

I purchased a replacement logic board (don't know from whom, but it has no grounding strap. Where do I get one, or how do I remove the strap from the old logic board and re-attach it to the replacement board?

Opções

If you are unable to find a replacement ground strap, then your iPod Video should still work fine without it. In all the testing I have done it worked without the ground strap.
