My friend dropped my phone outside face first and the screen cracked the whole screen. It turns on and off and the screen is normal looking, but the touch doesn't work anymore. I can't unlock it or anything. Can I get it fixed? Or do i have to replace it?

Matthew Enriquez, you will not have to replace your phone, but you will have to replace the display assembly. Here is a decent video. The part is available at multiple places and will run anywhere from $60 and up. Hope this helps, good luck.

Hey i took my phone to be repaired at the sprint store and they said to replace it? Should i take it to a repair shop?
Matthew Enriquez, yes I am certain Sprint would want you to replace it. Now its a matter of economics. It's a matter of your skills and your money. It will definitely cost you the above quoted amount and you will have to work on it. See if you are comfortable with that. Weigh all this against whatever Sprint will charge you for an "upgrade":-)
