Where I plug chrger in is loose.
My port where the charger is plugged is very loosed and therefore my Kindle can not be charged. The unit works properly otherwise.

Hello! The charging port on these is absolutely notorious for the solders breaking loose. You can have a qualified repair shop resolder the port, or you can send it in to Amazon and pay them much more to repair/replace the unit.

Thank you. I have searched here in Champaign, Illinois and can not find anyone or anywhere that can fix it. Do you have any suggestions? Than you for your help.
