Hi
The AC power adapter self-destroyed. I will replace it with a suitably chosen AC-DC converter (230VAC to 24VDC, 1A), but I need to know the type of connector mating the jack of the Duo-230 and how the terminals are supposed to be wired to the AC-DC converter's output (+24 VDC, common, ground, shield). The old connector looks like a stereo connector.

Hi, I can't seem to find a listing for the connector but here is a complete new power pack with warranty. Hope this helps. Ralph

All colored clamshell-like early iBook , PowerBook 3400 or PowerBook G3 AC adapters should fit, either the rectangle black AC adapter , the flatter black rectangle one, or the the puck style which have this 3.5mm stereo jack like surrounded by a grounding shield.
Note: the PowerBook G4, white iBook and further MacBook /Pro use a smaller size version that won't fit.
