FULL message on LCD
I purchased a new Ultra SanDisk 64GB for an upcoming trip. I have formatted the disk, but the LCD on my D80 says "Full" and will not allow me to shoot. If I replace with the current 16 GB disk, everything works OK. What can I do?

So according to Nikon, even your 16GB should not be working;-) try to format and see what you come up with.
