no, it will not. The battery supplies the power that your phone needs to function. The storage capacity is pending on the hard ware (memory IC's) on your logic board. Thank you for accepting my answer.

The power usage of the phone is what will deplete the battery, regardless of storage capacity. The more you use your phone, the more you do with it, the quicker it depletes. So get a battery that matches the one you are going to replace.
