Tan Yong He, the memory is a BGA IC and soldered to the logic board. You can only change it if you have a reball setup, the right stencil and the right memory. Here is the information on the memory.

is there anywhere that helps to change the flash memory?
what happened that you need to change your memory?
Can you give specific part number of Flash memory from that list?
The chip is the Kingston KE44B-26BN/8GB 8GB flash
However, if this chip is changed will this brick the device? I.e. is the OS stored on the (removed) flash chip, or is this flash just for user files storage?
