No matter what you do, you can't get your WEN Rotary to turn on.

Before you try anything else make sure that the device is properly plugged into a working electrical socket.

See guide for replacement.

While trying to move the speed adjuster the speed of the rotary tool doesn’t seem to change.
Maybe nothing is wrong!
Maybe the change in speed of rotation is not being perceived by you but it is working properly!

It is rotating too slowly

Wrong speed setting
Make sure that the speed setup is in a higher setting if the tool is not rotating fast enough.

After using the device it is way too hot!

I was in mid use off my rotary tool(Wen brand) and it quit working. I unplugged it to let it take a break ( I was already giving it a break like every 10-15 mins in between uses) an it still won't power back on. What should I do? I’ve only had it for 3-4 wks . Do I need to return it?

My rotary tool is getting really hot pretty quickly after about 3 minutes of use. Is this normal?
