Device Won't Charge
The tablet is plugged in but not charging
If your device is plugged into the charger, but not charging, follow the steps below to find and fix the problem.
Connection Loose
Check to make sure the charging cable is firmly pressed into the device. Also, make sure the charging adapter is firmly pressed into a working outlet. You can confirm the outlet works by plugging in another device.
Power Adapter Faulty
If the adapter is firmly plugged into a working outlet and the device still will not charge, the power adapter may be faulty. Try using a different adapter or charging cable.
Battery Discharged Excessively
If the battery is too flat to charge disconnecting the battery from the motherboard for 60 seconds will allow the device to charge. Follow this guide up to step 4, leave for 60 seconds then reconnect the battery and attempt to charge.
Battery Faulty
If the device still does not charge, the battery may be faulty. Consider replacing the battery by following this guide.
Device Won't Turn On
Pressing the power button doesn't turn on my display.
If your device is turned off and pressing the power button does not turn it on, follow the steps below to try and find the problem.
Device not Charged
Plug the charger to an outlet and plug the micro-usb end of the charger into the charger port of the device. Wait for an hour and try to turn the device on again. If the device turns on, then the device was out of battery.
Charger Broken
If the device does not charge, try charging your device with another charger. Wait for an hour and try to turn on the device again. If the device turns on, then your first charger was broken.
Battery Disconnected
If the device still won't turn on, the battery may be disconnected. Follow this guide to see how to reconnect the battery.
Battery Broken
If the device cannot be charged with a working charger after reconnecting the battery, then the battery could be broken. You will need to replace the battery by following this guide.
Software Issue
If your device screen turns on, but the tablet does not boot into a usable state, a software may malfunction may be preventing the device from turning on. A factory reset may be needed.
*Note, this step will erase all content from your device
You can follow this video to preform a factory reset to fix your device.
Screen Disconnected
If your screen is still dark after the previous steps, your screen may be disconnected or broken. Follow the digitizer guide to reconnect or replace your screen.
Broken Motherboard
If the above solutions do not fix your problem, your motherboard may be broken. Follow these instructions to replace it.
Music Won't Play
The audio player on the tablet does not work or the headphones don't emit sound.
If you are trying to play music on your tablet, and can not hear anything, try the following steps to resolve the problem
Software Issue
Software may malfunction and result in the audio player not working. Try turning off the device by holding down the power button. Turn the device back on. If the problem persists, a factory reset may be needed.
*Note, this step will erase all content from your device

Headphone Cord Connection Loose
Make sure that your headphones are plugged in all the way. If the headphones wont go in, clean out the headphone jack, then plug the headphones in again.
Headphone Jack Broken
The headphone jack could be broken. Make sure your headphones work, and if sound still isn't playing, you may need to replace the headphone jack. Follow this guide to replace it.
Speakers Broken
If the above solutions do not fix your problem, the speaker(s) may be broken. Follow this guide to replace it.
Software Issue
Software may malfunction and result in the audio player not working. Try turning off the device by holding down the power button. Turn the device back on. If the problem persists, a factory reset may be needed.

Device Won't Take Pictures
No matter what you do, you can't take a picture with your tablet.
If you are trying to use your camera, and it won't take a picture, follow the steps bellow to find and fix the problem
Camera or Camera Wire Broken
The camera or the connection to the camera could be broken. Follow this guide to see how you can replace your camera.
Motherboard Broken
If replacing the camera does not fix your problem, your motherboard may be broken. Follow this guide to replace it.
Won't Exit a Reboot Loop
The device is turning itself on and off repeatedly
If you are trying to turn your device on, and it is repeatedly rebooting itself, try the following steps to fix the problem.
Software Malfunction
If the device continually turns itself on and off, there may be a software malfunction. Try holding the power button on the device down until it powers down, then plug it into the charger and turn it back on.
Factory Reset Needed
If powering down and charging your device does not get it to exit the reboot loop, you might need to preform a factory reset.
*Note, this step will erase all content from your device

Motherboard Faulty
If the device continues to loop after a factory reset, the motherboard may need to be replaced. Do so by following this guide.
Device Won't Connect to WiFi
The tablet does not connect to WiFi
If you are trying to access the internet from your tablet, but it can not connect to WiFi, try the following steps to fix the problem.
Connection Settings
Check the settings by going to Settings>Connections and make sure the WiFi allowance button is turned on.
Router Issue
If your tablet is still not connecting to the internet after changing the settings, your internet router may not be sending out a signal and the router will need to be reset. Turn your internet router off, then turn it on again. If the internet router is still not sending out a signal after a reset, contact your Internet Provider.
Soft Reset
If your router is broadcasting a signal and you still cannot connect to the internet, preform a soft reset on the tablet. To perform a soft reset go to the Home screen of your tablet and hold the power key. When the device screen turns black, release the power button and your tablet will restart.
