Samsung Ace Won't Turn On

No matter what you try, your Samsung Ace SPH-i325 won't turn on.

Charge or Replace the Battery

Make sure your cell phone has a full charge. To do this, connect your phone to the AC adapter. If your phone does not recognize a connection, then your battery is not responding. In this case, you will need a new battery.

Let Your Battery Drain

If your Samsung Ace freezes, one way to try fixing the problem is by letting the battery die on its own. To do this, just set your phone to the side and let the phone's battery life run out on its own.

Reboot the Device

First hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to allow the phone to turn off. Remove the battery and leave it out for 5 minutes. Then, place the battery back inside the phone, and turn it back on.
