USB Port Issues
Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to a working and active USB port. It’s best to use a rear port directly on the motherboard instead of a front panel port or USB hub. If it is still not working, try removing any storage devices or any devices that might be drawing power to increase bandwidth.
Physical Damage
If the USB connector has bent pins or prongs in the wiring, this can cause the mouse to not be detected and can also be a safety hazard for you and your computer. This can be fixed by seeing our cable replacement guide, or simply buy a new cord
Software Conflicts (Run as Administrator)
In some cases, if the Redragon software displays “No mouse detected,” It could indicate that a mouse management or customization software is active in the background, causing conflict in the Redragon software system. Here's a way to fix this.
- Uninstall the current software.
- Download the latest version from Redragon’s official website.
- Right-click the installer and choose Run as Administrator.
- Restart your computer after installation.
Driver Issues
Outdated or missing drivers can cause detection issues. This can be fixed by making sure the latest drivers are installed for the mouse. If this does not resolve, consider contacting Redragon Customer Support for further instructions and assistance here.
