If your RazorX DLX electric skateboard isn't charging, use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Faulty Outlet
It's important to make sure that the outlet you are attempting to charge with is powered. Try plugging in something else you know is working to make sure the outlet is functioning.
Too hot/cold
It's important not to attempt to charge at or near freezing temperatures (0 Celsius). Additionally it's important not to allow the charger or battery pack to overheat. If it feels very warm or cold, allow to sit until it returns to room temperature. Also, keep the charger stored at room temperature.
Faulty Charger
Check to make sure the charger you're using is the RaxorX DLX Charger.
You can use a multimeter to measure the Voltage that your DC charger is putting out is correct. It should be about 21.9v. If it is not outputting the correct voltage or any voltage you can buy a replacement here:

Faulty Battery
Remove battery to test
You can use a multimeter to measure the voltage in the battery, the battery should be around 21v, If it is not then you may need to try charging it and see if the voltage improves.
