A bateria não mantém a carga
Insira cuidadosamente um clipe de papel aberto no orifício que abriga o botão de reinicialização e segure por aproximadamente 60 segundos. O tablet deve ativar a tela de carregamento e prosseguir com o carregamento. Se a bateria ainda assim não mantiver a carga, será necessário substituir a bateria.
O dispositivo não liga
Certifique-se de que o dispositivo esteja carregado e inspecione o botão quanto a qualquer detrito que possa prejudicar o funcionamento, limpando-o, se necessário. Se o dispositivo estiver carregado e o botão ainda não ligar o aparelho, talvez seja necessário substituir a placa de botões.
A câmera tira fotos borradas ou distorcidas
A lente da câmera pode estar suja; você pode limpá-la com um pano sem fiapos. Se a limpeza não resolver o problema, pode ser necessário substituir a lente da câmera.
Tela quebrada ou com defeito
Se a imagem na tela parecer ter linhas finas ou estiver distorcida, você precisará substituir a tela.
O áudio não é reproduzido ou está excessivamente ruidoso
Ajuste o volume do dispositivo e verifique se nenhum outro aplicativo está reproduzindo áudio. Se o problema persistir, talvez seja necessário substituir o alto-falante.

The RCA screen comes on then goes off. It won't stay on. Before this started it would be fully charged & turn off. I would have to keep it plugged in order to use my tablet. Now I can't use it at all. Also getting messages that Google not responding or Launcher not responding. I have a Pro 10 Edition. I use it mostly to play games & go on Facebook. My Tablet Was Working Fine Yesterday. I put it on the charger and I went to get it last night and it wouldn't even turn on so I placed it back on the charger thinking that maybe it didn't charge but it won't turn on it won't reset. I'm getting nothing
