Guys! I replaced my single lens laser drive deck. It reads discs and mounts but fails install and the system goes black with 3 beeps, green light stays on! Help!!

my issue, which I have not found a solution anywhere, is the system hard freezes after about an hour to hour and a half of continuously being powered on, doesn’t matter what game or if I am in the home screen. System was bought new, recently. I have restored the system, I have factory reset the system, the discs aren’t dirty.

I got a bad vibration in my PS3 super slim. It only gets bad when the it is getting hot. I just cleaned it and not sure what is wrong.
