Keys Are Stuck
When a key can’t be pressed down, something might be under the individual key. To fix this, pop out the faulty key by using a flat screwdriver or other object that will fit underneath the key. Once the key is removed, clean the dust or whatever may be stuck underneath with a q-tip. Once it is clean, re-attach the key by pushing down on it until it snaps into place.
