The Blender Will Not Turn On
You turn on your blender and the blades do not turn when you press ON or when you select certain speed.
The blender is not plugged in
Make sure that your blender is turned off and then check to make sure the power cord is properly plugged into an operational power outlet. If the blender was not plugged into a power outlet, properly plug the blender into a power outlet and proceed to turn on the blender and use it for its intended use.
The power cord has faulty connections
Look at the power cord to see if the cords are broken or torn, if so, you can attempt to replace the power cord using this guide. If this does not fix the problem, then you may have another issue to address. Read the next symptoms.
The circuit board is broken
If your power cord is indeed plugged in and does not have faulty connections, it may be possible that the circuit board is broken. In the case that your circuit board is broken, you will need to order a replacement circuit board for your blender and replace the current circuit board with a new one using this guide.
Motor is broken
If the blender still does not operate after checking the previous symptoms, it could be possible that the motor is broken. In the case that your motor is broken, you will need to buy a replacement motor and then replace the current motor with the new motor using this guide.
The Container Starts to Leak
You try to blend something, and you notice liquid starts to spill out of the blender.
Container is not properly attached
If the liquid is leaking out of the bottom of the container, it might not be properly set on the blades. Make sure the container is tightly sealed and properly placed on the blades.
Check for cracks in the container
Check to see if the leak is coming from somewhere else on the container, if so, the container probably is cracked or broken and needs to be replaced using this guide.
Blender is Not Blending Fully
You notice that the food is not getting blended and staying chunky or that the blades get jammed.
Food is jammed between the blades
Make sure the blender is turned off and unplugged. Then proceed to check to make sure that food is not jamming the blades. If food is obstructing the blades, carefully remove the food with a spoon or spatula to ensure you do not cut yourself on the blades. Now that the food is no longer obstructing the blender blades, plug your blender into an outlet and turn your blender on and continue using your blender.
Blender blades are dull
Check to make sure that the blender is unplugged and turned off. Then visibly check to see if the blender blades are dull. If the blender blades are dull, carefully unscrew the blades from the glass blender container. Then remove the blades, buy a replacement blades, and replace the blender blades using this guide.
The Blades Will Not Turn
When you try to use the blender, and the blades do not turn.
Food is jamming the blades
Make sure the blender is turned off and not plugged in. Then proceed to check to make sure that food is not jamming the blades. If so, carefully remove it, and try to use the blender again. If it does not work, check to see the container is sealed.
The container is not properly sealed
Make sure the blender is turned off and unplugged. Then check the container to see if it is properly tightened and secured on to the base. If the blades still will not operate, it is likely the motor is broken.
The motor is broken
If the motor needs to be replaced, you will need to purchase one. One can be purchased here. Then you can install the new motor by following this guide.
Blender Stops Suddenly During Use
In the case that your blender stops working while you are using it.
Blender became unplugged
Make sure to turn off your blender and check to see if the power cord became unplugged during use. If it did become unplugged, plug the blender back into the power outlet and turn the blender on to continue using it.
Food is jammed between the blades
Turn off your blender and unplug the power cord from the power outlet. Now, physically remove the food that is obstructing the blades from moving. Be careful not to cut yourself on the blades while removing the food. Once food is removed, plug your blender back in and continue with your use.
Motor overheated
The motor fan may not be functioning anymore. In this case you will need to replace the motor fan using this guide.

Blender blade is not spinning, even when you put water in it. It also makes a strange sound, even though its fitted properly to the bottom. Can the part that fits on the bottom wear out?
