The trigger is jammed
When you try to pull the trigger, it will not move.
Dirt is jammed underneath trigger
If there is dirt underneath the trigger, follow the Trigger Replacement guide. The trigger is now exposed. Clean and scrape around the corners of the trigger with a toothpick. If there is still dirt under the trigger, you may use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to remove the remainder of the dirt.
A disc is lodged in the barrel
If a disc is lodged in the barrel, first hold the gun barrel down. Then pull back on the barrel slide located on the right top-hand side of the gun. The disc will release, enabling the trigger to fully move back.
The discs will not load into the barrel
When you try to insert the discs, they do not properly load into the barrel tube.
The loading spring is broken
If the discs do not properly load into the barrel, the loading spring is broken and it will need replacing. Follow the Loading Spring Replacement guide.
The loading spring is worn down
If the discs do not fully load into the barrel, the loading spring may be rusty or stiff. Refer to the Loading Spring Replacement guide to access the spring. Apply grease to the spring as needed.
A disc is lodged in barrel
If a disc is lodged in the barrel, you can dislodge it by first holding the gun barrel down. Then pull back on the barrel slide located on the right top-hand side of the gun. The disc will release, enabling the trigger to fully move back.
The slide is not all the way forward
Having your slide cocked usually jams discs in the loader, preventing the discs from loading properly. Before loading, make sure your slide is uncocked by pulling the trigger. If the trigger does not move, your slide is still cocked. If your trigger moves easily, your slide is uncocked and ready to load.
The discs fire weakly or not at all
When you shoot the gun, the discs do not shoot as far as they should, or do not shoot at all.
The barrel is dirty
Weak firing may be due to a dirty barrel. Resolve this by running the inside of the barrel through water. If more cleaning is necessary, remove dirt with cotton swabs soaked in rubbing alcohol or another gentle solvent.
The safety lever is broken
Replace a broken safety lever by following the Safety Lever Replacement guide.
The slide does not move back correctly
The slide does not pull back all the way or at all.
Dirt is built up within slide track
If dirt is built up in the slide track, unscrew the outer slide screws and remove the slide pieces. Clean dirt from the slide and slide tracks with soap and water or rubbing alcohol as needed.
The slide is lodged
If the slide is stuck on its track at the wrong angle, refer to the Slide Replacement guide and reattach the slide.
The gun attachments do not stick to the gun
The attachments you try to put on top of the gun will not stay or they are loose.
The clip attachment is damaged
If the small clip at the top of the gun is damaged, follow the Clip Attachment Replacement guide.
