The monitor doesn’t display image from a camera
The monitor won’t show any picture, the screen just shows black.
The camera is turned off
Check to see if the camera is turned on. The on/off switch for the monitor is located in the middle of the right side of the camera housing. The words “on” and “off” are located on either side of the selection switch. Ensure the cable provided to supply power to the camera is connected and the adapter is plugged into a power source.
The monitor is turned off
Check to see if the Monitor is turned on. The on/off switch for the monitor is located on the top right corner of the monitor above the selection buttons. Ensure the cable provided to supply power to the camera is connected and the adapter is plugged into a power source.
Smudges on the camera lens
Carefully wipe off the camera lens to clean any smudges. Smudges could be blocking the screen. The camera lens is located in the center of the round black centerpiece of the camera housing. The camera lens is the larger of the two lenses.
Damaged camera lens
Inspect the lens of the camera. If there is a crack or scratch on the lens, this could be obstructing the view of the camera. Replace the camera if damage to the lens is observed. The wrong camera is selected on the display
Check to see if the correct camera is selected on the monitor. You will need to go to the monitor and select the menu option, click on the camera options and make sure the correct camera is selected.
Monitor disconnected from WiFi
Check to see if the monitor is connected to WiFi. If the monitor is connected to WiFi and no image is displayed, attempt to restart the monitor and check WiFi connectivity after the reset to confirm the connection is reset. Inspect your WiFi router to ensure the router is active and sending a WiFi signal, contact your internet service provider to troubleshoot connection issues from your router.
Speaker doesn’t work
No audio is being outputted from the parent unit.
Volume level is low
The volume level could be low so make sure it's turned up all the way.
Speaker is damaged and not working
If the speaker is damaged, you'll need to replace the circuit board (the circuit board has a speaker attached to it). (See replacement guide).
Obstruction of an object in front of the speaker
Make sure nothing is in front of the speaker, blocking the audio.
Range is too far between the parental unit and baby monitor
Assure that the device has optimal reception and is within your Wi-Fi range.
Parental unit has been dropped or has had spilled liquid on it
Check if the parental unit has had any spilled liquids on it or has been dropped. If so, unplug the baby unit and take out the battery from the parental unit for 15 seconds to reset the device.
Battery life is short
The battery life seems too short and the device has not been lasting as long the manufacturer's specifications
Wiring is disconnected to the battery
Check to see if the black and red wiring that connects the battery to the device isn’t frayed or damaged and that it is in fact connected to the monitor. If the wiring is damaged, seek a replacement battery.
Charging wire is damaged
Make sure none of the wiring of the power adapter is frayed or damaged. If so, buy a replacement power adapter.
Batteries are damaged
Check the battery for any puncture marks and burn marks. This could be dangerous and the device could catch on fire. Replace battery. (See replacement guide).
Batteries are depleted
Connect the parent unit to the power adapter for recharging. Remove the battery after it has been charged and leave it out for 30 or so minutes. This resets the battery. Put the battery back into the baby monitor after the time is up. Replace the battery pack with a new battery pack if battery life is still too short.
Camera falls off the stand
Camera falls off from the base and won’t attach back on.
Joints to the camera or the camera stand are loose
Inspect the joint that connects the camera housing to the camera stand. Insert the joint ends into the camera housing or the camera stand (whichever end is not inserted properly). The ball at the end of the joint should not be visible if inserted correctly.
Camera housing is damaged where the joint is inserted
Inspect the location where the joint is inserted into the camera housing if the housing is cracked, and the joint is unable to stabilize the camera housing, the camera housing will need to be replaced. (See replacement guide).
Camera stand is damaged where the joint is inserted
Inspect the location where the joint is inserted into the camera stand if the stand is cracked, and the joint is unable to stabilize the camera housing, the camera stand will need to be replaced. (See replacement guide).
Monitor won’t connect to WiFi
The video on the monitor shows a delay or video drops offline.
Router is not connected to the internet
Check your router to see if your Wi-Fi is connecting to the internet. Disconnect the router for 15 seconds and test out whether the monitor is connecting to the Wi-Fi after you’ve connected the router.
Overcrowding Wi-Fi networks
Make sure the monitor isn’t connecting to any of your neighbors’ Wi-Fi networks.
Competing household electronics
It may be that too many people are connected to the Wi-Fi at the same time, interfering with the Wi-Fi connection of the monitor. Ask that others disconnect from the Wi-Fi to test out the connection.

I have done all of that and I still can't connect what do I do

And is there a way to still use discontinued Wi-Fi cameras that are no longer supported by their app

System cam with 2 cameras and one of them is not working, I tried resetting both monitor and camera and it still won’t connect. Please help.
