O teclado não acende
O meu teclado não está acendendo.
Devido a uma configuração incorreta das luzes do teclado, elas podem permanecer apagadas. Primeiro, verifique a configuração e certifique-se de que a opção de iluminação esteja LIGADA. Se estiver LIGADA, reconecte o cabo ao computador. Além disso, você pode testar o teclado em outro computador.
Os botões não funcionam
As teclas do teclado estão presas.
Devido a derramamento de líquidos, as teclas ficam presas e não funcionam. Você pode tentar recolocá-las no teclado, garantindo que não haja nada preso embaixo. Em seguida, tente pressioná-las suavemente até ouvir um clique. Certifique-se de colocar a tecla na direção correta para evitar quebrar a placa de botões.
A cor de fundo não é exibida
A cor não está aparecendo.
A “falha” na cor de fundo ocorre quando não há cor no quadro ao usar o teclado, ou não é a cor de sua preferência. A memória flash da placa é responsável por isso e, na maioria das vezes, faltam as definições de cores. Portanto, ao sair, as cores que você estava usando ficaram travadas e não carregaram. Existem duas maneiras comuns de solucionar isso. Uma delas é ativar a iluminação e a segunda é personalizar a configuração de iluminação no software Logitech G910.
Abra o Logitech Gaming Software e clique no ícone da lâmpada, depois clique no ícone do modo de iluminação de comandos. Na guia Opções, clique em Definir Cores de Comando. A lista de Comandos aparecerá à sua esquerda. Selecione as cores que deseja.

i bought this key board less then a year so 6 months or slightly more and the U key and now the I key are not holding color they are turning puke green when they suppose to be blue.

that is the blue part of the rgb led being dead, red and green will still work but anything with blue is a no show.

The app won’t work, it’s not loading, so I don’t have colour or light on my keyboard.

I can’t help but notice the macro keys have stopped working in Revit 2020 by Autodesk. It works on previous version which helps speed up the model and design production process. The lights also do not switch to the new profile like in the previous versions of Revit as well. This leads me to believe that Logitech may have changed the way the keyboard input works for the software because it works with the previous versions. I doubt Autodesk has changed the software to cause this issue or it would have appeared earlier. For many people developing the 3-D, VR and AR environments for the games people play, movies people watch and the buildings/homes people have built can you please look into this for the affected professionals like myself? Thank you.

I didn’t like G Hub when it first came out and I like it even less now. My keyboard will not light up and the keys that I had bound are no longer bound. This is a total mess
