Device Will Not Boot
Device will not power on when button is pressed.
Faulty Battery
Testing the connections of the battery can be done. If the battery connections have lost their integrity, consider replacing the battery of the device.
Ram Disconnection

Screen has visual anomalies present such a black pixels, odd colors, or distorted images.
Damaged Screen
Device appears to have a distorted screen that either has a static or partially working display. If there are colored dots on the device screen, rub a soft fabric in a circular motion. If the device's screen is static, fuzzy, or distorted, consider screen replacement by following this guide.
Locked Out Keyboard
Keyboard registers incorrect keystrokes or none at all.
Keyboard wiring broken or sticky keys
The keyboard can become locked out if a certain order of keys were pressed, resulting in locking keyboard functions. The keyboard may be locked out because of a spillage or bad connector. Go to device settings and remedy the keyboard with this guide.
Distorted Volume
Speakers sound distorted or fail to function at all.
Damaged speaker assembly or wiring
