Battery does not charge/dies quickly
Your laptop is not charging when you plug in the charging cord, or it does charge but the battery drains and runs out much faster than normal.
Battery hasn't been fully drained properly
Sometimes, when your battery has not been able to run out completely by itself, it can start causing some issues with the regular functions. Allowing the battery to run out naturally without charging is necessary for the battery to re-calibrate the charging circuitry. Use your laptop until the power is out and the computer can not turn on anymore. Then connect your charging cord to your computer and charge the battery fully.
Charging cord needs replacement
To check if your charging cord is not working properly, attach your charging cord to the computer's charging port and make sure the cord is plugged into a working outlet. If your laptop does not light up or respond, you may need to replace your charging cord.
Charging port is jammed or obstructed
The charging port of your laptop may have something inside that is preventing your laptop from charging. Take a look at the charger jack and make sure there is nothing restricting full access. This can be caused by dust and physical object being inside the charger jack or a piece of machinery from the charge jack protruding out.
Battery needs to be replaced
If your laptop can turn on when the charging cord is connected, but the battery still proceeds to die quickly, you may need to replace your laptop's battery. Follow this guide to replace the battery yourself.

Computer Crashes Frequently and Irregularly
Your computer is experiencing file corruption issues, screen freezing, or sudden reboots.
Problem with Operating System
After your computer crashes, try rebooting your laptop normally by holding the power button, and then pressing the power button again. If this leads to blue screen rather than a normal boot, try rebooting your laptop in safe mode. You can do this by holding the F8 key while rebooting your laptop. If running in safe mode still leads to a blue screen, you can try rolling back your computer system to an earlier time when the computer was still working.
Computer may have malware
After a crash, try restarting your computer in safe mode by holding the F8 key while the computer is restarting. If the computer can turn on, your computer may have malware. Run your antivirus software to get rid of the issue.
Hard Drive Failure
If your computer is not restarting properly, there may be an issue with your hard drive. If you have also noticed other issues with your computer lately, such as frequent error messages when transferring files or folders names and locations constantly changing and accessing files takes longer, the issue may be with your computer's hard drive. You may have also noticed other things, such as noise and clicking that is coming from your computer, which may be a sign that the hard drive may be wearing down. In order to replace your computer's hard drive, you can contact your laptop provider or replace the hard drive yourself through this guide.
