The stroller vibrates excessively

When I push the stroller on flat terrain, it vibrates and bounces around more than it's supposed to.

Debris is caught between the wheel and axle

Debris will occasionally become lodged in the area between the wheels and axles, which prevents the wheels from rotating smoothly and evenly. Identify the debris and remove it using any tools you have available. If you cannot reach the debris, follow the wheel replacement guide to access and clear the blockage.

A wheel is loose or damaged

The stroller can also vibrate due to loose or damaged wheels. Consult the wheel replacement guide for information about changing and tightening the wheels.

An axle is loose or damaged

A bent or broken axle may cause the stroller to vibrate. Consult the wheel replacement guide for information on how to access the axle. Replace, tighten, or bend the axle as necessary to restore stroller stability.

The stroller is abnormally difficult to move

When I try to push the stroller, it doesn't move or only moves a small distance.

The brake is stuck on

The brake can sometimes get stuck in the on position. Make sure that the brake is completely unlocked. If the brake is unlocked, but the stroller still won’t move, it may be jammed. Compress and release the brake a few times to clear the jam.

Debris is stuck between the wheel and axle

Debris will occasionally become lodged in the area between the wheels and axles, which inhibits the wheel's rotation. Identify the debris and remove it using any tools you have available. If you cannot reach the debris, follow the wheel replacement guide to access and clear the blockage.

A wheel is loose or damaged

A loose or damaged wheel can prevent the stroller from moving as it should. Use the wheel replacement guide to remove or repair the wheels.

The axle is damaged

A damaged axle will often provide a lot of resistance to the stroller's movement. Refer to the wheel replacement guide for information that will allow you to access the axle.

The stroller does not collapse or collapses incorrectly

When I try to collapse the stroller, it doesn't collapse as it should.

The seat is jammed

A jammed seat will prevent the stroller from collapsing correctly. Do not attempt to force the stroller closed—instead make sure that the seat is folding correctly. Look for an inverted shape, this inverted shape is caused by the backrest getting caught and bending out backwards. This may be inhibiting an easy collapse and restore it along its intended fold. If the stroller still won’t collapse, refer to the seat replacement guide for information on partially or completely disassembling/replacing the seat.

The “Free-Stand” button is not working

A jammed or broken “Free-Stand” button will cause the stroller to remain stuck in the open position. If the stroller does not collapse after a few tries, the "Free-Stand" button is likely broken. Consult the "Free-Stand" button replacement guide for fixes and information.

The stroller is uncomfortable for riders

My stroller's passenger is experiencing unusual discomfort.

The backrest is breaking down

The stroller's backrest may have become bent, worn, or broken through use, leading to an uncomfortable ride. The backrest contains a cardboard insert which might bend over time. Refer to the seat replacement guide to access and repair/replace the backrest.

The stroller doesn't open all the way! What could I be doing wrong?

The breaking mechanism does not work. Nothing happens when you step on the brake.

The stroller is not folding up, but the button is not the issue.
