Keychron K3 V2 Not Typing

If you start typing on the Keychron K3 V2, and the letters are not showing up on the document you are typing in, follow these steps for possible solutions.

There may be an issue with the bluetooth connection between your keyboard and computer. Go to your settings, go to bluetooth, remove your Keychron K3 V2 from the bluetooth list, and re-pair your keyboard to your computer through bluetooth.

The battery may be dead or faulty. To replace the battery, take off the keycaps, unscrew and take off the framing, then take out the battery and replace it with a new one. The guide to replacing the battery is under the Keychron K3 V2 device page.

If none of the previous steps seem to fix the issue, you may need to replace the motherboard. To replace the motherboard, take off the keycaps, unscrew and take off the framing, then take out the backplate containing the motherboard and replace it with a new one.
