JBL Tune 720 BT No Sound from Left Speaker

If the left speaker of your JBL Tune 720 BT headphones isn't producing any sound or working as expected, follow these steps to fix the left speaker.

• Confirm the volume is on by unmuting/increasing the output audio.

• Unpair the headphones from your device and forget them from the Bluetooth list. Then, restart both the headphones and the device before re-pairing them.

• Gently clean the left speaker grille using a soft-bristle brush, a dry cloth, or compressed air.

• Remove the earcup & unscrew the screws inside with a Phillips head screwdriver. Then, remove the speaker and replace it with a new speaker.
