I have hypercloud headset. I thought that the mic was broken as I can hear perfectly but my mic won't pick up my voice and people in my party get like white noise coming from me. I bought a new mic and a new controller but still have the same problem. Any ideas anyone?.

I have also had issues with mic- I stream and have it all the way up on Audio both in OBS and in my settings but i practically have to be eating the mic? I have even done the latest and greatest firmware update but nothing seems to work. The audio source in OBS should not be at 100% for people to hear me.

Out of nowhere my headset started blasting and super exposing all the sounds my Xbox was making, I’ve reset my Xbox and turned the headset on and off and it still has the issue?
