The Device Won’t Power On
The device does not turn on when you press the power button
Faulty Power Adapter
Ensure the power adapter is fully plugged into both an outlet and the device. If the adapter is plugged in, and the device still doesn’t power on after five minutes, the adapter may be faulty. Check to see if there’s any considerable bend or damage to the wires of the adapter. If you see any damage, consider purchasing a replacement adapter.
Faulty Battery
If the device will power on, but only when plugged into the adapter and dies quickly when it is unplugged, it is likely the battery has worn out. This is normal of all batteries in electronics, and can best be delayed by charging the device in cycles; that is, charging to 100%, then letting drain all the way before plugging it in again. It is also poor practice to leave devices plugged in after they are fully charged. If the battery has reached the end of its usable life, it must be replaced.
Device Won’t Connect with Bluetooth
Your device will not connect to speaker via bluetooth.
Problem With T7 Speaker
Ensure the speaker is sufficiently charged by pressing the power button once. Disconnect all devices by double pressing the bluetooth pairing button. Turn the speaker off and then on again, and try reconnecting to your primary device by pressing the bluetooth button. If it still doesn’t pair with your device, press and hold ’-’ and the bluetooth pair button simultaneously for 2 seconds to erase the speaker’s paired device memory. Power cycle the speaker again and then try reconnecting with the primary device by holding down the bluetooth button for 2 seconds. If it still doesn’t connect, try repeating the process using another bluetooth device if one is available, as it could be an issue with the paired device.
Problem With your Phone
Older phones may not have bluetooth availability. First, check the phone’s user manual to ensure that it is bluetooth compatible, and how to connect it to another device. If your phone does not have a bluetooth option, you’ll likely have the option of using an auxiliary cord to plug it in directly.
Unresponsive Device Ports
Device is completely unresponsive when a cord is plugged into the device ports
Faulty Aux Port
Test audio through bluetooth speakers, then test it using headphones. If the audio is only distorted while listening via headphones, the audio jack or the headphones themselves may be faulty. Audio that cuts in and out is often a sign of a loose audio jack, so make sure the audio jack is fully inserted in the computer.
Faulty Power Port
Inspect the cable and adapter and check for any breaks, tears, or abnormalities. Ensure the power cable is firmly plugged into the port labeled "power." If the speaker is still not charging, try using another cable if one is available. If this does not fix the problem, the speaker likely has a faulty power port. Click here for directions on replacing the auxiliary port.
Audio Distortion
When audio is playing it sounds “staticky,” or the sound quality is not where it should be
Speaker Noise is Distorted (Speaker is "blown")
Playing audio with high volumes and bass can cause a speaker to blow. If a speaker is blown or damaged, the audio will be extremely distorted and the affected speaker will need to be replaced.
Bluetooth Connection Is Weak
If the bluetooth signal between the two devices you are using is weak, then the speaker will be unable to optimally play the music as it is not receiving a strong enough stream of data. Make sure you to keep your connected device in the T7’s wireless range and line of sight. Limit objects that may be in the way or cause radio wave interference such as microwaves, cordless phones, or other Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices.
Loose Wire Connection
A wire may be loose or the port that the wire is plugged into may have a loose pin not allowing it to connect properly to the wire. If the connection is not optimal then there will be a problem playing sound.

There is a repeated chiming sound while on a call. Anyone know what it is and how to make it stop?

Make sure you are not connected to more than one device at a time, and the chime should stop.

I have replaced the battery and now I am not getting sound from the speakers. I checked the speaker wire connections and they seem fine. I get a faint static sound from the speakers when I turn on and turn off, but not the original chime sound. Can anyone help?

Hi I turn the power on my t7 and get white lights at the 20% 40% 80% and 100% positions. I am unable to turn these off with the on /off button or connect via Bluetooth. My phone is looking for a device to pair with but can’t find the T7.
When I hard reset the 4 lights go out. But when I plug in the charger or push the on/off button I am back to the 4 lights
