BLU Studio G Troubleshooting

The phone does not turn on when pressing the power button.

Ensure all cords are connected properly, and the power outlets are functional. If they are, then the charger may is broken; purchase a new charging port.

Ensure the phone micro USB charging port isn't damaged or has any debris blocking the port. If there is no damage or debris, then replace the charging port .

Ensure battery is placed inside correctly and isn’t damaged. If battery is secured but does not work, then battery will [link de guia inválido]. If the new battery does not work the battery connector may be damaged and will need to be replaced.

Screen does not fully function when applying touch pressure .

Reset the touch calibration in the settings. If this does not solve the issue, replace entire screen.

If the screen protector was applied incorrectly, air bubbles may have formed. Reapply and remove the air bubbles. If this does not solve the issue, forgo the screen protector.

If the screen is visibly damaged or scratched, replace the screen .

Application freezing or closing .

Check the memory usage on your application in settings. Force stop/uninstall/close any applications under settings that you don't use. Restart the phone to reset the memory. If this does not solve the issue, upgrade the microSD card slot under the back cover with a 64 GB memory card.

Upgrade to most current software version for the android device.

Connection in calls are low and in bad quality .

Poor reception will cause calls not to connect be sure to check with the service provider. If this does not solve the issue, the connection with the antenna is disturbed and you will need to replace the motherboard which is connected with the antenna.

Check the speakers and microphones and ensure they aren't covered by dust or debris. Have a person on the opposite end of the phone call check their speakers as well. If this does not solve the issue, replace the motherboard.

Low volume can be resolved by raising in-call volume to increase the tone of the voice on the line. Using headphones can also fix tone and quality.

Audio quality is choppy, flat, or one-sided.

Clean out the headphone hole from debris that may be trapped inside. If this does not solve the issue, replace the motherboard.

Check that headphones work with other device prior to using on Blu Studio G. The device being dropped/ hit on top where headphone connects may cause soldering to break and will need to replace motherboard.
