First of all did you try force restart your device? If not here’s a link showing you how to : https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios Maybe you wanna try to restore your iOS also with iTunes or 3uTools before. If it doesn’t work it could be : 1 - Your Touch Screen that just sudenly stopped to work . 2 - Your motherboard (Touch iC - Cumulus or Meson ). 3- Some FPC connector or failing component. Good luck,
I would try another shop specialized in microsoldering and iPhone’s. It is something that you did while switching housing. It could be a lot a things,Audio IC,Tristar or Tigris,Home Button. What you need is a good and specialized microsoldering guy that will find the right component that need to be replaced. Good luck,
I checked this battery model on Google and i don’t think that is a good idea to give some juice by connecting positive and negative terminals. I mean, there’s components on your motherboard that will control the voltage and Amp to charge the battery in the right way. The thing is a little bit more complex then just conect negative and positive wires. If you have a DC power supply is a different story, you could use it to power up your phone and retrieve your data. If you have a universal battery charger you could use it to charge your battery by connecting positive and negative. Here’s an exemple of a universal battery charger : https://www.amazon.in/Rebel-Universal-Mobile-Battery-Charger/dp/B00YWHIIP6 Hope that helps.
