Perhaps you tore the flash flex when removing the camera/flash. Or didnt assemble the little ground piece onto the camera.

Try to undo the power flex cable to the mother board and then test the ear piece speaker. It maybe the a faulty power flex. Another possibility is the headphone jack. Try plugging in headphones to see if they work and then unplugging them.
