there is a bad update that’s been out since the beginning of this year for s10/note10 and up. It has been making the front camera not able to be recognized by the motherboard. I have had it on a few note 10s, s20s and note 20s. No matter what camera you try, usa international or original havent worked for me. Many people have had this issue after they updated their phone.
if you just want the message gone, you can turn off your fast charging option and that should take the message away, however it wont fast charge either. Go to Settings> Device care > Battery > Charging and disable Fast charging.
you have 5 options on what it could be. it could be the battery, the charge port board, the flex cables from the charge board to the motherboard, the nfc/wireless charging part or the connectors on the motherboard itself from the charging plugs or battery. also some have had luck pressing firmly below the right side of the rear camera , sometimes the connector comes unplugged and that will fix it. do a google search its fairly common.
you can try to take a tooth pick and scrap the inside of the charge port to see if thres any debree blocking the connection, aside from that its mostlikely your charge port. You can purchase the port itself which is for any of the note 10 plus or you can buy the charging board but that will have to be model specific to your phone.
Hi, You will need to purchase the correct charging board for the model phone you have, not where you use it at. There are 3 different versions. look at your model number and select the correct board. Although the charging board may not be the issue, there is the flex cables that run to the mother board as well as the wireless charging parts/circuit. Try a different charger first, make sure it’s an oem samsung one, a lot of aftermarket chargers that don’t supply the correct voltage will not let some devices fast charge, or charge at all.
its repairable. there are 2 different versions of the front camera. most aftermarket lcd assemblys come with the international or over seas version of the while the device was probably a US version ( u or u1) Just oder a replacement camera and make sure it’s for the specific version of the phone.
