I am a lifelong learner. I am committed to self-development and self-improvement techniques through self education. I am a highly motivated individual and would be an asset to any company.
I love owning and building a business that operates with the same values and ethics I have. We work our best to be the best. We chase perfection, but are not always perfect. We are honest when we make mistakes and make them right. We strive to improve for our customers everyday!
Hire slow and fire fast! Build a team of great people who are passionate about doing great work! We do not hire for a particular set of skills, rather we hire for a positive happy attitude. Possession of the right characteristics will pay off later when they employee learns how to work within the business, the great characteristics will then help the person take their game to the next level. Problems turn into opportunities!
This is a great post. So many cell repair shops that are new fail to take a look at this type of stuff. I prepared a business plan and a detailed cash flow / break even analysis for my business long before I started. I actually spent 7 months finishing college and writing my business plan. It is very important to study the industry very closely and make sure you try and have a plan for or at least have thought about the type of problems you may face while starting. I have built quite a few spreadsheets in my day and proudly call myself an excel wizard! Building the daily break even number seems to be the most important cash flow analysis one can do when just starting out.
We have always wanted to test parts when we first receive them. However we have been unable to test everything as it would take too much time. Often we will just test each individual part before fully installing it right before we perform a repair. This saves times from accidentally fully installing a defective part onto a device. It also cuts down on the risk of further damaging a defective part.
I am going to look into these. The information learned throughout a certification process cannot hurt!
