Have you selected the proper boot device like Hdd for the first boot device? Unplug the LAN and flash drive it may try to boot from them. Your windows boot files are missing. That is the reason it is not starting. These are some very common reasons that your system won't start. Most of the time boot files get missed after refreshing or resetting the windows. This happens when it connects with the files that are corrupted or virus infected. To fix the issue you need a bootable flash drive or CD/DVD drive. You have to repair windows to start it again.

There could be many reasons your music system is not playing videos or songs. (1) Your music player does not support the file format contained by Cd or drive. (2) A Cd drive or flash drive is hard to read or detect by a music player. (3) There might be some scratch on Cd that cause the issue with playing the music. (4) Try to play some other Cd and then check whether it's working or not. (5) Clean your music player reading lens. (6) Try to play your Cd on your computer or laptop. If you suspect there is a leak when re-filling the AC refrigerant, a dye can be used so that next time it stops working, the dye will be visible when you check it in the dark with a UV light. Any leaks will glow in the dark (greenish-glow). I would recommend starting at the A/C compressor and going along the A/C lines inspecting all areas carefully.
