I was working on a cracked apple watch and sadly damaged the LCD while attempting a repair, and had to replace the screen...

If this is happening, there is either something stuck in the screen connector, the LCD cables are damaged, or one of the pins on the screen is bent out of place.
Saiba maisEither the lcd cables were damaged during the repair (micro-soldering repair) or one of the pins on the replacement screen was bent.

When the apple logo appears, hold the power button (lower right one) until the erase all content option appears (3) Follow the prompts and allow the device to reset. (4) Pair the device again Hope this helps!!

Saiba maisThe device can be assembled without the force touch gasket, however you will lose the force touch functionality
Saiba maisYes, you would need to replace swap the original NFC chip with the new screen. Use the QianLi 3D Opening Pry Tool (thin enough not to damage the cable) to lift up the lcd connector. Do the same with the digitizer connector. Once that is done, use the pry tool to remove the nfc chip (can be done with LCD separator wire ) VERY RISKY REPAIR - can damage the screen extremely easily
Saiba maisTest the battery connector to make sure the correct voltages are running. If they are not, micro solder a new connector from a donor board. If running the correct voltages, replace LCD cables. The screen will not turn on or boot loop if something is stuck in the connector on the screen, corrosion, short, or if the pins are bent out of place.
