Two of those screws just hold the large back wheels on, they don’t need to be removed.

The screws are Phillips on mine. It may be a case of availability. If the manufacturer found a better deal on a different style of screw, they may have changed it.

There are obviously 2 screws that hold the motherboard down. The one circled, and the one by the switch.
